Mowi, a Norway based company that happens to hold the title of being the world’s biggest producer of Atlantic salmon, is making a big entry into the oven-ready foods category with the introduction of a brand new range of salmon meals that are easy to whip up and enjoy.
The ‘Mowi Bistro Bakes’ range of salmon meals comprises four unique products comprising salmon pastries, salmon and cheese melts, salmon and spicy tomato bake, and a zesty salmon roasting joint. All of these salmon meals make use of salmon farmed in Scotland and worthy of Aquaculture Stewardship Council credentials.
Launched in Asda and Sainsbury’s stores across the U.K., these salmon meals are ideal for people who value the nutritional traits and flavor of salmon but may not have the time or inclination to prepare salmon meals from scratch.
