After nearly 20 years, Mitchell & Ness is set to release officially licensed Major League Baseball (MLB) headwear next week. Under the tagline ‘The Snap Is Back,’ the nostalgic sportswear brand will introduce its iconic original high-crown adjustable cap for all 30 teams, featuring both Cooperstown and current logos.
Initially, the MLB headwear will be showcased on The Original Snapback silhouette, a streetwear staple that gained popularity in the mid-2010s among sports fans, cap collectors, and fashion enthusiasts. In the coming months, Mitchell & Ness will introduce the Liberty Fitted – a new fitted cap design focused on comfort and style while remaining authentic to the brand’s aesthetics. The professional baseball logos will also be incorporated into Trucker, Dad Hat, Strapback, and Classic Red silhouettes.
The headwear collection is set to launch on May 2, 2023, with prices ranging from $35 to $45. The products will be available online, all Mitchell & Ness Flagship Store locations, and authorized retailers.
