Oracle and Uber have come together to introduce the Collect and Receive feature. This innovative offering is intended to enhance the last mile delivery experiences of retailers.
Using the tools offered in the Oracle Retail Data Store as well as its cloud platform technologies, the duo is dedicated providing retailers with seamless access to Uber Direct, Uber’s white-label delivery solution, through pre-integrated APIs.
By capturing transaction data, retailers are able to analyze purchasing behaviors and customer preferences in an effort to create a unique experience for all clients. By using the data transferred to the Oracle platform, retailers are then empowered to refine and optimize their services, paving the way for enhanced customer experiences and improved operational efficiency in the future.
