Apple noted recently that it was beginning to build a standalone app that focuses on classical music but it has then shifted to Apple Music Classical. This will actually be a part of the existing Apple Music subscription and will be officially launching to users as of March 28th.
Those that are on the individual, student, Apple One, or family plans will be able to access the features. However, those on the Apple Music Voice Plan will not be able to use the new app. The classical app will be rolling out to all iPhones that run on iOS 15.4 or later with a new version of the app developed for Android that is coming soon.
